Where possible, please arrange initial investigations — weight-bearing X-rays for joint pain, ultrasound for soft-tissue presentations — before referral. This shortens the time to appropriate treatment.
Urgent appointments
For patients requiring urgent assessment, please call the rooms directly on (09) 523 2766 rather than relying on standard referral channels.
What we send back
A copy of every consultation letter is sent to the referring health professional. We are very happy to discuss any patient by phone — please ask the rooms to put you through to Mr Gormack if needed.
